    From beginners to experienced lifters, we offer lift coaching, competitive preparation, and training and competition gear assessment.

Started in January of 2021 by personal trainer & lifting coach, Clayton, his vision was a simple one: to create a safe, clean, accessible and dedicated place for people to work out, without the certain interruptions that can been seen in other facilities. Health coaching, lift coaching, strength training, recovery and corrective training, all while maintaining an inclusive space. From this vision, Old Breed was born.
